How To Get Rid Of Nervousness

The reunion with Jhumpa Lahiri, unaccustomed earth

Some authors with whom one is reunited after years apart old and close friends by the vicissitudes of life. Jhumpa Lahiri fall into this category. We met in his book, Interpreter of emotions (Bronze Edition) back in 2000 or 2001. So as I liked. His stories distilled deep emotions that bothered me days after reading (like this young wife who loses her marriage due to starvation.) Jhumpa Lahiri's narrative creates addition, once the test one needs to re-offend, again trying to understand how, without anything special, it is telling you everything, including that which is a bit beyond the history that belongs only to the reader's inner world and that, therefore, the author is unknowable. The eight stories of unusual Earth, his latest book, published in Salamandra, I reaffirm my first reaction: it is an excellent storyteller and a curious reader will want to put on the shelf unusual Earth of its most beloved possessions. Their stories will accompany minimum children's desire to have another meeting, who knows when or where.
